Cooking Steps: 1) Take 1 pack of Shan Achar Gosht Mix and dissolve in 1/2 cup of water. Take 10 medium sized green chillies and slice them lengthwise. Mix 2 tablespoons of Shan Achar Gosht Mix with 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stuff the peppers with the mixture. 2) Heat 1 cup of cooking oil (175 ml) and add 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of meat with bones – chicken/beef/lamb – cut into small portions. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Shan garlic paste, 1-2 tablespoons of ginger paste, 2 1/2 cups (500g) of plain, whipped yogurt and remaining Shan Achar Gosht mix. Stir-fry over high heat for 7-10 minutes. 3) Add 2-3 cups of water. Cover and cook over low heat until the meat is tender. 4) Grind and sieve 6 medium (500g) tomatoes into a puree. Add the puree to the meat mixture. Stir-fry over high heat for 5-6 minutes and place the stuffed green chillies on top of the meat.
