Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Our customer has the right to return his or her order or items within 14 days in the same condition they have received. Returns after 14 days from the delivery date and time will not be acceptable for any type of refund or exchange.
The shipping cost for the return is provided by the customer.
Acceptable reasons for return:
- The product received is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case of cancelling an order after dispatched, the customer is obliged to bear both sided shipping charge.
