Shan sindhi biryani 50g / shan rice dish 50g Ingredients: salt, red chili, dried prunes with pit, paprika, coriander, turmeric, cumin, cloves, black pepper, ginger, aniseed, carombole, brown cardamone, dried papaya powder, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed SOYA protein, acid: citric acid, cane sugar, canola oil, natural and artificial flavors, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide. Allergy advice: may contain traces of sulphite, sesame, mustard, gluten and nuts. Preparation: fry the onion in oil until golden brown, add meat and garlic paste. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes on a high heat. Add spice mix, potatoes, yogurt and ginger paste and stir-fry for 5 minutes. add water (beef/lamb 5 cup, chicken 2 cup). Cover and cook over a lye fire until the meat is cooked through. There should be 2 cups of liquid left, otherwise add water. place the sliced tomatoes, greens, chillies, fresh coriander and mint leaves over the meat. DO NOT MIX cover and cook over low heat 5min. do not stir. Separately: take 3l boiling water add 3 spoons of salt and soaked rice. Boil the rice until ¾ done. Remove from heat and drain carefully. Put half of the rice in a pot, put the meat on top and cover with the rest of the rice. (sprinkle with a little yellow food coloring if desired) Sprinkle fresh coriander and mint leaves over the rice. Cover and cook until the rice is cooked. (5-10min).
