Step 1: Heat oil, fry onion until golden brown, then mix onion into a paste. Fry meat, joghurt and this herb bag in the same oil. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Add pieces of ginger and ½ 1 cup of water. Cover and cook over a low heat until the meat is cooked through. Add the onion paste and cook for another 5-10 minutes on low heat.
