Shan kheer mix Ingredients: sugar, rice, cardamom, salt, saffron, natural and artificial food flavor (unscrewed). Allergy advice: May contain traces of milk and gluten. Ingredients: for packaging. Energy/Energy 1304 kJ 308 kcal; fat/grass 4 g; of which saturated/not saturated 0 g; carbohydrates/glucides 68 g; of which sugars/dont les sucres 60 g; fibers/fibres 0g; egg whites/protein 0 g; salt/sel 0.4 g. Steps of cooking: Add Shan Special Kheer Mix to milk and boil for 15-20 minutes. Stir regularly. When the mixture thickens, remove it and let it cool. Serve cold. Serves 5-6 people.  Service froid.
