Ingredients: see packaging. / Ingrédients: voir emballage. Keep cool and dry. /Gardez au frais et au sec. Preparation: 1) Heat the clarified butter/oil and fry the onions until light golden brown. 2) Add meat, garlic, ginger and Shan Karahi Beef Biryani mix and fry for a few minutes. 3) Add 10 cups of water. Cover and cook over low heat until the meat is tender. Then separate the meat and gravy. The gravy should be exactly 3 cups. If less, add water, if more, increase the heat to dry it. 4) Separately: In 15 cups/3 liters of boiling water, stir 3 tablespoons of Shan salt and already washed and soaked 3 1/2 cups of rice. Cook rice until 3/4 done. Remove and drain well. 5) Layer the rice and meat curry. Sprinkle the food coloring and coriander leaves over the rice. 6) Mix the top layer of rice to moisten the food color. Cover and cook over low heat until the rice is fully cooked.
