Heat 175ml oil and fry the onion until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp ginger paste, 1 kg chicken cut into pieces, 25/30 curry leaves. Stir-fry until the chicken turns golden brown (approx. 10 min.) step 2: take the contents of this bag and dissolve it in half a cup of water. add to the chicken along with 150g cucumber (finely sliced), 6-10 green chillies, 1 cup tamarind pulp and 2 cups water. bring to a boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Step 3. Wash and soak 3+1/2 cup of rice. Boil 3l water add 3 spoons of salt and the soaked rice. Cook until the rice is ¾ done. Drain the rice. Step 4. Put the rice in a pot and pour the curry over it. Add the remaining rice on top. Cover and cook over a low heat until the rice is cooked. Approx. (5-10min).
