Shan achar masala ingredients: salt, red pepper, turmeric, fennel, nigella, fenugreek seeds, MUSTARD seeds, carom, dill seeds, cumin, coriander, cloves, ginger, garlic, food acid: citric acid, maltodexrin, hydrolyzed SOYA protein, cane sugar, rapeseed oil, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Cook over very low heat until half cooked. At the end of cooking, a character masala paste should have formed. Add oil and cook over very low heat until oil becomes hot but not boiling. Stir regularly. Remove, cool and store. Use after a few days.
