MTR paneer makhani, MTR cottage cheese in spicy tomato puree. Heat and Eat: Place contents of pouch in microwave safe oven. Heat on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot. OR immerse the unopened pouch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from the water and serve hot. Product from India. Do not use if pouch is swollen. Once opened use all at once, store in a cool and dry place.
