Gits Gulab jamun dessert mix Ingredients: refined WHEAT flour (49%), skimmed milk powder (35%) (EU source), hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm oil, SESAME oil, preservative: butylhydroxyanisole), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, citric acid). See ingredients in bold for allergens. May contain almonds, pistachios, cashews and mustard. Ingredients : Energy/Energy 1760 kJ 420 kcal; fat/grass 13.6 g; of which saturated/not saturated 8 g; carbohydrates/glucides 57 g; of which sugars/dont les sucres 18.2 g; fibers/ fibers 1g; egg whites/protein 17 g; salt/sel 1.88 g; sodium/sodium 750mg. Preparation Methods: Add 100-120 ml of water to the gulab jamun mix in parts. Gently knead into a soft and supple dough. Apply clarified butter or oil to both palms, then form 40 round and smooth jamuns without cracks in the dough. Fry in clarified butter or oil over medium to low heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Soak the jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes. Directions for the preparation of sugar syrup: Prepare the syrup by dissolving 600 g of sugar in 640 ml of water. boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
